Calming toy? Bluish stuffed animal/bear
Are you happy? Yes. I want everyone to get along, and to feel the love I do. I want them to simplify things and focus on the good in life – walks, fresh air, playing, friends, being together, napping, the sun, the excitement of getting visitors, anticipation of dinnertime. Just being. It doesn’t feel good to feel the stress of others in the family/house. Sometimes it feels like I did something wrong or it was my fault. If they focused on me during these times of stress, I would ground and center them. The outdoors, running, and playing helps me clear all that out. One of my favorite people is a young boy – he’s quieter and gentle and likes my companionship. We understand each other. I help him by being his friend. I like to watch the ducks at the pond. Do you have any pain? Arthritis? Joint pain. Things that would help: Glucosamine sulfate; omegas/fish oil; greens. “I’m okay – you don’t have to worry about me.” Favorite food: chicken. Favorite snack: peanut butter pretzels. Loves her mom or at least the idea that she adds love to everyone’s life. She knows you love her. She still feels a little bad that she might add more stress to your life or be a bother. After explaining to her that her family would do anything for her and it’s not a burden but allows them to express their love for her — which is just what Abbie wants for everyone else — I felt her completely relax around the topic and feel better. The message is that our hearts are always connected no matter what. She has fond memories of playing in the snow.
