On Tour with JimmyAfter listening to a few minutes of Solfeggio Frequencies Healing Meditation: 7 Chakras and asking whether there was anyone who wanted to speak to me, nothing showed up, so I went over to the Speak! Freestyle Gallery and began perusing the animals. Jimmy the Savannah cat caught my eye, just as he did the very first time I saw his picture sometime last year. Something drew me in and I knew he was the one I wanted to speak with! I looked into Jimmy's eyes and immediately his body form kind of flickered or twitched like a record that is skipping or a fluorescent bulb that is misfiring. It seemed to emanate from his right eye. I have no idea what that means, if anything. I asked if he wanted to talk. He said, "I don't talk much." I explained that his person thought maybe he'd like to talk to learning animal communicators and help them practice. "Well, as I said, I don't talk much," he repeated. He had a slightly panicked feeling, like he didn't want to be cornered or tied down to any kind of formal process. I didn't get the feeling that he wanted me to go away, so I thought I would just start talking and see how it goes. I said, "Jimmy, ever since I saw your picture, I just thought you were gorgeous! So compelling and beautiful." "I'm listening," he said. I kind of got his attention. "Your eyes, your pattern, the way you portray yourself — I think you're awesome." "That's an interesting assessment," he said, while grooming his leg. I think he wanted to take the compliment casually, like it didn't matter. I asked, "Have you heard that kind of thing before?" "I've heard many things before. Some true, some not." I wanted him to feel at ease with me, so I said honestly, "I try my best to only speak the truth, so that's what you can expect from me." "Good to know. I'll do the same." "Any truths you'd like to tell me?" I probed. "We don't know each other well enough for that kind of depth," he said, masterfully keeping me at arm's length. "That's true," I admitted. "We just met. Well, is there anything more casual you'd like to talk about?" "Again with asking me to talk. It's not really something I do much. I'm not into it. I do. I see. I act." I certainly didn't want to impose on his personal space, so I asked, "Would you rather we just say our goodbyes now and I'll leave you alone?" "Let's not be hasty. No one's kicking you out. There's plenty to do without talking." I was hopeful. "Do you want to show me anything?" I immediately see in my mind a black cat wearing a red and gold ornately patterned full-length vest or coat. "Who is that?" I wondered to Jimmy. "Mail-order bride," he said matter-of-factly. Did I hear that right? "Come on. Mail-order bride?" "What, I can dream," said this really cool cat. "That's your dream girl?" "Yep." "Who's going to believe you showed me that?" "I don't need anyone else to believe it. It's just you and me here." "Okay. Well, she's very beautiful," I told him. <happy, loving feelings> "Anything else you want to show me?" I asked. "You show me something," he countered. "Okay. I'll show you the forest surrounding the house where I live," I offered. I tried to visualize myself walking out from our house through the forest on a trail we have. The visual was darker than expected and difficult to see for some reason. I stopped a few times to see if I could lighten the picture. I asked the angels to help. I told Jimmy to hold on while I try to make it easier for him to see. But he said, "I'm there. I can feel it. And I like it. Very wild. And no other cats have claimed this territory. This would suit me well." We crossed a small wooden footbridge. He immediately went under it while I went over. My instinct was to say, "Yeah, I don't go under there because of spiders and…" But he cut me off and with a shrug said, "That doesn't bother me." He was looking about like he was in a wonderful new world. We moved through the forest along the trail, each of us commenting here and there about things we saw. He said thoughtfully, "Lots of birds and squirrels here." I knew he meant "to catch and eat," and I immediately felt protective of these animals, as if Jimmy were really there. "Yes, there's also a big hawk." I thought I'd mention it in case that would dissuade him from wanting to come hunting here. I wasn't even sure if that was considered a threat to a cat. Jimmy just said, "I can handle myself." "So that's where I live," I said when we reached the house again. The feeling I got from Jimmy was that he thought it was all "breathtaking." "Well, this was an unexpected treat," he said. "Glad you enjoyed it. And you didn't have to talk much!" <big cat grin> A fish had flashed in my mind a few times since connecting, so I asked Jimmy about it. "Yep, that's me. I love a nice fish." "Are you hungry?" I asked him. "I can always eat fish. Has nothing to do with hunger." "I don't want to take too much of your time or make you feel imposed upon," I offered. "Hmmm. I do like your manners. We could hang out again." I got a flash of my forest tour, squirrels, and the fish again. It felt like a quick recap of the fun he had and what he'd want more of if we spent more time together. "I'd be happy to take you along on other adventures. Maybe we can do that next time and maybe you can take me on one of yours," I said eagerly. <Slightly panicked feeling again, like he didn't want to be tied down with "plans."> But then he relaxed and said, "One step at a time." It felt like a green light, Jimmy-style. "See ya, Jimmy." He just sort of watched me go while in a slightly bewildered state, like: "Did that just happen?" I could say the same thing! Feedback from his people:I'm surprised Jimmy didn't want to talk much, he is usually quite vocal haha. He is happy to meet new people when they come over, and loves being fussed over. It could be different though, chatting with people telepathically as opposed to meeting them in his environment. When he goes out of the house he is rather shy. He definitely does do, see and act. He is a troublemaker and doesn't stop to think of consequences before doing what he wants. I don't have a black cat, however I do want one eventually, of the same breed that Jimmy is. I take my cats out on a leash and harness, so he probably thinks it is normal :P Jimmy is a funny character, he does think himself something of a hunter. He is a sadist with mice so I try not to let him hunt them when they come in the house, but he lives nicely with my pet parrots. He eats a raw diet, and enjoys whole prey. As for fish...I do let him eat raw salmon every once in awhile, but not often as I'm not a fan of fish for cats. I do it more so they get the omegas and to add some variation into his diet. He eats a lot of chicken as he isn't a huge fan of a varied diet. He does love fish though, so I got them some smelts as a treat. Actually, I think he was getting them in his food shortly before you had your conversation with him, and at the time you had your conversation I had stopped giving him as many because I changed up his food again. He might've been missing them.
