ThinkHow's the challenge going? Remember to release yourself from the pressure we often put on ourselves to keep up with others or to always get it right or to never get it wrong or even to meet all of your goals or intentions for this challenge. You are meant to enjoy learning this skill. Do what you can do. Celebrate the smallest of triumphs. Your participation for the day can be as little as taking notice of the non-telepathic ways an animal is interacting with you as I did once during a previous Challenge. It's still communication! Now, take a deep breath and let's do this! ExploreThe above advice to just breathe just so happens to be a tried-and-true favorite of professional communicator and educator, Cindy Myers, who offers you her secret to making a strong animal connection in her powerful Dear Student letter. You can read that letter, titled Having Trouble Connecting? Breathe! by clicking the link. So simple, yet in all her years of experience, one of the most effective techniques to use when you are having trouble connecting. Perhaps today's the day to try it out? InteractTry the breathing technique from the previous post when connecting with Junipurr. He has a number of questions and answers on his page. Try a few. If you find you are not as accurate as you hoped, try the breathing technique and see if things improve.

Thanks for making this site. Summing up all the advices in the 4th first days, i managed to choose some questions to Atari and get the answers right today. But i have to go back constantly to "asking for clarity" and "talk from my heart" and not from my brain... a little improvement on the way!!
