ThinkHow's it going? Are you able to spend at least a few minutes each day working toward your goal? Even one day of practice is better than none. If you have found something especially helpful to you on this journey, feel free to share it here in the comments section or on the Student Recommendations page. If you have discovered something here that others might appreciate in your other circles, send it on over there! You never know when some new perspective or different technique will "turn the light on" for someone. ExploreSo here's one of those things I found especially helpful when I read it — it definitely "turned the light on" for me. It's a Dear Student letter by Nedda Wittels. She encourages you, once you've had some success, practice, and experience, to let go of the need for confirming the details of your animal conversations. While it can be a great benefit when you are just learning to get confirmation, as it builds confidence and helps you know if you are going in the right direction, at some point, it can become a hinderance. Read Nedda's insightful letter here, called Give Up The Crutch of Confirmation. InteractIf you are just starting out, you may not want to give up getting confirmation just yet, as it is still very helpful to build your confidence and skills. But just for today, try it out. Talk with an animal and expect that everything you hear back is as accurate as if you were talking to a person, listening with your ears. It's a freeing feeling and can help release any fears around communicating. Theodor the horse would love to help you test this out. Head over to his page and see if you can let go and have a conversation with no strings attached!
