Lacie is so sweet and gentle. She is wholly committed to being the perfect companion, doesn't want to put anyone out, and loves her family and life! She's also okay with being babied, but she mostly "allows" it because she knows her people enjoy babying her. It's not a role she would normally initiate. I introduced myself and and asked if I could do some body scanning to see how her body is working. She seemed a bit out of it, fuzzy. I prompted her with a reminder that a few others have worked with her on body scanning. She remembered in a fuzzy kind of way, like "Oh yeah, those others…" So I began… When I first tuned in, I felt something protruding from her stomach, almost like she swallowed something. I tried to focus on it to see what it might be, but my mind went into imagination mode and was bringing me scenarios I didn't quite trust. So I put it all aside. I then started again at her head and saw a yellowish color wafting from her crown chakra. It rose into the air like smoke. I asked Lacie what that was and she said her crown chakra energy is supposed to be clear and strong, but there is a little blockage. I asked if she wanted me to try and clear it and she agreed. I sent energy to her crown chakra and almost immediately it burst forth brightly and strongly from her. She seemed much clearer after that. Does she have a soreness on her back? When I ran my hands down her back, mid-way she jumped up and growled at me. Not in a mean or vicious way, but more protective. Ha! And when I'm writing this, Lacie is replacing that "growly" image with that of a lamb, lying in the same position as she is. She wants me to know she is really that gentle. I didn't feel anything else physically on her exterior, but I did notice that the feeling of something in her stomach persisted in the back of my mind the whole time. It wasn't overwhelming, just sort of a feeling that I only noticed when I stopped focusing on other things. So I tried to see if anything is going on inside. I pictured myself as her to see what she felt. I immediately felt something in my stomach that made it difficult to breathe/use my diaphragm and stomach muscles. I didn't pick up much else in the scan. When I ran through the major organs like lungs, heart, liver, they all seemed okay. Kidneys I got some sensitivity, like they were working overtime to filter something. When I had sensed the pain on her back, I also got a flash of kidney pain. Not sure where the kidneys are in a dog's body! Thank you for sharing this gentle soul. She could be the poster child for "Dogs" and represent her species well! Feedback:Thank you so much for your connection with our sweet girl. You have described her personality perfectly. I love the way you started your scan by “seeing” her first and getting acquainted with her before the scanning. Lacie is a sweet and gentle girl to her family and a couple of friends outside of our small family. To others she is reserved and cautious. To some she will show her distrust or dislike by barking and growling. She is a happy girl most of the time, loves her Daddy to bits (whom shamelessly spoils her with babying) and loves her yard to play in. She loves small children and can hardly contain her joy when she sees a child especially little girls. Thank you for clearing her crown chakra. At Lacie’s last vet visit she is fine and healthy no indication of any kidney or stomach problems, my husband gives her way too many dog treats so I will be mindful of what she is eating and when she has bloodwork done in July we will know if there is kidney trouble but for now no symptoms. Lacie found me at about 3 months of age, a little street dog full of worms and mange. She followed my car and came running to me when I got out of car and claimed me. So I am not sure of what may have happened to her physically or mentally prior to her life with us. She has always been sensitive about her back closer to her tail not sure why, vet has never found anything there, but when we pet her back she always gets a bit worried and used to yike in her younger years (she is 7 now). She did break her C1 and C2 neck vertebrae in an accident in November 2014. We almost lost her, thankfully she survived both surgeries and is not paralyzed. She does have bone spurs and arthritis pain from that. We have her on medication to help with that. I think you have done a great job with this connection, spot on her personality and her back sensitivity. Thank you so much.
